I'd say it's a toss-up between #1 and #3. :shades:

And we know that #2 will never happen; almost 1,500 posts and still barreling along like an unmanned freight train. May be some kind of FALFiles record!? :?

Called yesterday and talked to Walter. He seemed to have knowledge of the group buy, and was kinda sheepish about the delay. Offered no explanation or apology. He said someone would call me when they came back from lunch...something he said seemed to imply that maybe mine hadn't been cast yet...I guess I'm calling again today.

I sure hope that members of this group buy that are members of other gun forums are letting those members know what shmucks Enterprise is.

We don't need bad people like this supplying parts to gun enthusiasts.

Walter is the person who can really get things done... I called and spoke to him a minimum of 15 times. I eventually got him to paypal me the money spent on the receiver,shipping and the ffl cost. I would suggest you guys to do the same.

Walter is a good guy, but he's trying a little too hard. I sent my 1A1 receiver back due to some issues about 6 months ago. When I got it back there were 2 in the box. I called and got a return tag for the one that wasn't mine. Figured that was the end of it. Just this week Walter called me to tell me that my replacement receiver was ready to ship out and he just wanted to make sure that all my concerns were taken care of before he shipped it out. I had to tell him the original wasn't mine, let alone the replacement, but he could send it to me anyway if he was giving them away. :rofl: I know he's dealing with a mess he didn't make, but they need to be careful what they're sending out to people. The receivers came directly to me since I had already taken possession from our FFL.

Well at least you got your money's worth:whiskey: I've got maybe .5k thru mine with no issues, other than the "black oxide" coming off the inside of the reciever. Is "black oxide" newspeak for Krylon?

I haven't even built one of mine and donated the other to some thing or other. As a matter of fact, I've somewhat lost interest in my riFALs since this Group Buy debacle. I was hoping to obtain a couple o' Britt cut receivers but that appears quiet too.............I did pick up a really pretty 40X Sporter though!

And I faxed once (only once - that's on me...) to that number. No response. No receivers. I paid for two. I knew this abortion was getting hammered here in this thread, but this is the first time I've 'set foot' in here. Trying to figure out who has the money or the receivers.

Any advice would be heartily welcomed.
