Just got this in. Marked with the Turkish flag and the abbreviation for Jandarma Genel Komutanligi - Gendarmerie General Command.

The elevation dial is marked for the G3 and the glass is on par with the Z scopes. I assume it was tritium lit since there's no longer any illumination, although I haven't pulled out the insert yet to check if there's even anything in it. The insert is on the underside of the rear foot. I appreciate them noting the radiation level, that's a nice touch.

I think I've seen these before listed as a Leitz 4x25 scope, but I don't find anything via google using that name. The knobs look similar to some of the military swarovski scopes, like the ZFM/ZF95.

I was thinking it looks most like the swarovski as well. Definitely doesn't look like most of the ELCAN Leitz stuff I am familiar with.

Someone on HKPro also said that it looked like a Swarovski. I did a little googling and found a 4x25 zfm that looks to have an identical body and reticule. The ones I saw were sporting variants without 'stanag' mounts or tritium, but I did see reference to a scarce military version.

Swarovski making the trit lit zf95 scopes for Israel also seems to fit.
