Dang, Now I have buy something else. Or a cou8ple of something elses.
Groovy idea, beats the barrel mount I was considering.

It works well and I did that with my AMD65 SBR lower handguard.

Just make sure to locktite the threads.

it fits just fine on the AMD-65 lower.

Nothing fancy done to it.
