Forgive me if I'm not pronouncing this correctly but I need the kit for pressing Ak barrel pins in and out.

I'm going to use this for FAL locking shoulders. My press is a 20 ton harbor freight with a 1.5" ram.

Brad has some but they are for a 1" ram.

Does anyone have a 1.5"? I need the drill
chuck looking collar that clamps to the ram and the pin. Pics below of what I need.

Does anyone know where I could find this?

Thank you!

AK-Builder offers a 1.6" Ram Adapter for Harbor Freight presses, but it's part of a $140 Barrel Press kit that includes AK trunnion support plate, etc.

Don't know if they would sell just the Ram Adapter separately; you could contact them & ask.
The AK-Builder pins for this tool measure 0.2500". So they should fit the 0.297 dia. shank of FAL locking shoulder just fine.

OTOH, this GS-0012-B adapter from Robert Forbus may be just what you want:

I've never ordered anything from him, but he has a bunch of cool AK tools on his website.

I was going to suggest asking AK-builder for the component, or Forbus - you beat me to it!

I recommend against a hyrdraulic press for locking shoulders.

They are great if everything is in spec.

What if you have a DSA with the LS hole tapered? How will you know? There is little control or "feel" if anything is wrong, when using a Ram.

I agree, but one should do some due diligence beforehand and measure both the hole diameter and the locking shoulder at various points as cheap insurance, regardless of installation method.
