Alot of those lowers were made as m16 style aka full auto, I still have one in a buddys safe in Reno Nevada, still have the form 4 and stamp.

I sold a pre-ban PWA gun on Gunbroker. MASS folks seem to gobble up pre-ban's. Got stoopid good money for it.
