I just picked up an Armscorp M-14 that is basically all TRW. It was in an OD green plastic stock with a slotted hand guard. I kept the hand guard and put the action in a very nice walnut M-14 stock. I filled the selector gap with a Fulton Armory faux selector. The whole package looks pretty good. I know M-14 kits have been in the stratosphere, how would this rifle compare to an M1-A value wise? I'm thinking over 2k.

All TRW parts kit including barrel and correct DAS walnut stock would be in the $2500 range...knock off $400 if no stock

I have a 1980s heavy krieger match on an Armscorp...receiver is marked M21 not M14. I'm pretty sure its one that they put together though there are those who will dispute that they ever built complete rifles. Great gun...I like the Armscorp receivers more than the SA ones because of the TRW looking logos and the more radiused edges of the heels look more correct to me. A few Armscorps have rather rough grinder or sanding marks above the bolt lug scallop by the clip guide but it doesnt affect function or lifespan.

I'm tempted to keep it and sell one of my M1-A's. I have the original one I bought new in '87 for $750 which I will keep and another in a black synthetic stock/hand guard which I bought used in a local shop in 2003 for $950. I love that M21!
