I have an Adventure made 20 round original magazine that I need a replacement spring as well as the keeper spring or tab for the floor plate. Having trouble trying to source these. I would appreciate any suggestions or advice.

Flammage away…🤓

Adventure Line made both 20 and 30-round magazines. They were purchased by Parsons, and eventually by Center. Adventure Line mags had gold-colored anodizing, black followers, and have especially long-lasting moly finish. Made from late 1960s-early 1970s. The last ones I saw sell were bringing $6.99 each with a four unit minimum. The followers should have already been replaced with anti-tilt followers and Magpul should do, any 20 round spring will work but I use chrome silicone flat wire springs from name brand suppliers and would look at Center products who made the most on that equipment for floor plate parts.

Thanks for the reply, what I have is a bright aluminum follower, mag body, and floorplate. What I’m missing besides, the main spring is also that long slender flat spring that runs along the back of the magazine and acts as a keeper clip for the floor plate. I bought this magazine surplus over 35 years ago so I don’t know how old it was when I got it but, I’m sure it’s had its guts swapped at some point before I got it.
I’ve contemplated fabricating a new Spring using some .020” gauge stock or other similar material and can source that. I’m just trying not to bother with fabbing the spring/keeper tab.
